CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION? Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@novadresslab.com as soon as possible. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, the information cannot be changed while in transit.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), PayPal, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED? Once your payment is received, we will send you a notification email. You can also visit novadresslab.store and log into your customer account to check the order status. If payment is successful, the status will show "Processing".

DO YOU PROVIDE AN INVOICE? Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE SHIPPING CHARGES? We provide Free Shipping on all orders. Please read our Shipping Policy page for more info.

IF I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A GIFT PURCHASE, CAN YOU SEND IT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? Yes, we can definitely send your order to a different address (e.g., as a gift for a relative or friend).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT? Once we ship out your order, you should receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number within 48-72 hours via email.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update in the courier's system after receiving the notification.
