At Wander Trail, we want you to wear your team colors with pride and total confidence. That’s why we offer a 100% Worry-Free 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your jersey, we’ll make it right.

1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Free Returns: If you changed your mind or aren't happy with the product, we’ve got you covered. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached and in its original clear packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process.

  • Customized Items (IMPORTANT): Jerseys featuring custom player names, custom numbers, or specific tournament patches are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at info@novadresslab.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Get Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Pack & Ship: Securely pack your jersey and send authorized returns to our designated address listed below.

3. Return Shipping Address

All authorized returns should be sent to our processing center:

  • Please do not ship items back without prior authorization to ensure your refund is tracked correctly.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees ($0.00).

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@novadresslab.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and prioritize making it right.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@novadresslab.com.

6. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you can simply use our free return process once the package arrives.
