At Wander Trail, our goal is to deliver your favorite jerseys to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Tracking: Once your jersey is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Times

We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping across the United States. Our estimated delivery times (including handling time) are as follows:

3. Global Delivery Partners

To ensure your jerseys arrive safely, we partner with reliable international and domestic carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local premium postal services. We utilize specialized logistics routes to ensure secure handling and efficient customs clearance.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Pricing: Our product prices are all-inclusive of shipping costs.

  • Tax: We do not charge sales tax for orders within the United States. For jerseys shipped from our international hubs, any rare import processing or customs handling is fully managed by us to ensure a smooth delivery to your door.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please ensure your apartment number, suite, or unit info is included.

  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error, contact us at info@novadresslab.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed and in transit, the destination cannot be modified.

  • Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has already been delivered, please contact us for next steps.

  • Parcels Lost in Transit: If your item has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please contact us at info@novadresslab.com. We will investigate the shipment and provide an update within 24-36 hours.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled or edited before they enter the fulfillment stage (before dispatch). Once the item has been collected by the courier and dispatched, we are completely unable to cancel or edit your order.
